由于空气ECENTRIC式的简单机制,在紧凑的装置内发挥强大的夹紧力,而且充分考虑了使用寿命和耐冲击力。
夹模夹紧模具的时候,空气缸桶的力因为ECENTRIC方式而增大,向夹模器杆施加大的提高力和维持力。
特别是上模的TN-H(弹簧内置)形式,即在空气缸桶内安装强力的弹簧,即使在空气供应中断时,也能保持充分的维持力,在不使用冲压机的时候,模具也不会掉落。
夹模器钳身的侧面安装有指示器,从外部可以简单地观察夹模器、UN-夹模器、摇臂(SWING)的状态。
观察夹模器、UN-夹模器的极点开关(LED)是标准配置,构成了可靠的联锁(INTERLOCK),各部分的功能容易维护保养。

This gives strong clamping force in its compact body due to its simple mechanism of air eccentric system and accordingly is in full consideration of its durability and shock-resistance. Its clamping increases the output of air cylinder by its eccentric system, thereby giving a great pulling & retaining force to the clamp rod. In particular, the upperTN-H Type with strong spring in its air cylinder has sufficient retaining force even though air feeding is shut off then securing its full safety with no Die falling evenduring press pause. An indicator is set in front of the main clamp, enabling to externally check, with ease,the conditions of clamp, un-clamp, & swing. With Limit S/W(LED) for checking clamp or un-clamp setting on its standard, the secure interlock is made up and it's very simple to repair the function of its each part.

调整夹模器的模具槽(初期)的时候,请检查夹模器侧面的指示器。
模具槽(数值)的调整范围是±3mm。
调整完L数值后,一定要设置。
夹模器在张开状态的的时候,为了防止错误运转对模具的损伤,夹模器棒松开,请贵公司在所需的凹模板焊接面上加工使用。
请把凹模板相对模具槽的加工公差控制在安全行程的±20%以内。
请注意夹模器力和模具维持力在±10%范围,空气缸桶是固定配管,各夹模器需要动机的时候,请使用速度控制器。

To regulate(initially) the Die height(Length) of the clamp, see the indicator in front of clamp, And the range of regulating Die height is ±3mm. After regulating L(Length), be sure to set it.
In state of open clamp, the clamp rod is retracted against Die protection due to its false operation(malfunction), so you should carry out the needed processing on the mounting base to be welded.Carry out the processing of Die plate within the limits of tolerance ±20% of Safety Stroke depending upon the die height(Length).Pay attention to the clamping force & die holding force, because its range is only ± 10%.
The air cylinder becomes the fixed piping and, if any motivation is needed to each clamp, make use of the speed controller.

1) UN夹模器-后退动作 如图所示是夹模器夹住状态的情况,这个状态下,把液压转换阀门(SOL.C)开到ON,在夹模器④的内置弹簧的作用下,油回到油箱。
把夹模器④向UN夹模器方向松开,充分松开,与模具之间出现间隔的时候(由电力电路内的计时器控制。有时也用操作器代替计时器,使用按键,区分两个动作),电子阀门(SOL.C)开到ON,空气缸桶1D向后退方向(向上方)运动,使夹模器④后退到B的终点的时候,极点开关或者临近开关⑦启动。
※注意:不用夹模器,启动冲压机的时候,打开(OFF)后退终点位置的液压转换阀门(SOL.C)夹住模具。
(但是,后退自动夹住模具的机型除外)

2) 前进-夹模器在后退到钟点位置夹住DUMMY PLATE⑧的情况下,首先把液压转换阀门(SOL.C)开到ON,夹住④移动2mm以上之后(用电力电路内的计时器控制。有时也用操作器代替计时器,使用按键,区分两个动作),闭合(ON)电子阀门(SOL-A),使空气缸桶1向前进方向(下方)动作,把夹模器④移送到模具A位置,感知模具的极点开关或者临近开关⑤动作后,把液压转换阀门(SOL.C)打开(OFF),夹模器夹住模具。
但是,没有模具的情况下,前进到C,极点开关或者临近开关⑤不动作。

Clamp④ is loosened to the un-clamp direction and, it is fully loosened and in between Die is a space(it is controlled by the Timer in Electric Circuit But there is the case to divide two motions by using the Push Button on the operating system instead of the Timer), put the Solenoid Valve(SOL.C) ON & put Air-cylinder ID into operating backward(upward) and make Clamp④ moved back to the return-end ,then Limit S/W or Proximity S/W⑦ being operated. ※ Note : In case of operating Press without using Clamp, please put Hydraulic Valve(SOL.C) OFF at the return-end position and do Clamp. (But, excluding the kind with the condition of auto clamping at the return-end)

2) CLAMP - Forward Moving Motion In case of clamping Dummy Plate⑧ at the return-end, first put Hydraulic Valve (SOL,C) ON & un-clamp Clamp④ longer than 2mm(It is controlled by the Timer in electric circuit. There is the case to divide two motions by using the Push Button on the operating system instead of the Timer), put the Solenoid Valve(SOL.C) ON & put Air-Cylinder 1 into operating forward(downward) and make Clamp④ moved forward to Die the ⓐ and, after Limit S/W for detecting Die or Proximity S/W⑤ is operated, put Hydraulic Valve(SOL.C) OFF and do clamp Die. But, if no Die, it will go forward to C and Limit S/W or Proximity S/W⑤ will not be operated.
